By accessing or using the Website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a consultation, or engaging our consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or engage our services.

Excellence Financing Broker is a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (formerly the Dubai Department of Economic Development) under Trade License No. 869539, with VAT Registration Number (TRN) 100526925100003.

3. Nature of Our Services

EFB is an independent financial brokerage and consultancy company. We connect customers with licensed banks and financial institutions in the UAE in relation to Personal Loans, Business Loans, Credit Cards, Mortgages, and Business Accounts, and we may also provide professional financial consultancy services.

• • We are not a bank and do not provide loans or other financial products ourselves.
• • We do not approve or reject any application and do not guarantee loan or credit approval.
• • Final approval, interest rates, fees, and loan or product terms are determined solely by the relevant bank or financial institution.
• • We do not accept online payments and do not operate customer accounts.

4. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals and businesses located in the United Arab Emirates who are 18 years of age or older. By submitting an enquiry, you confirm and declare that you meet these eligibility criteria. Currently, we rely on your declaration and do not perform automated verification, IP-based verification, or Emirates ID verification at the enquiry stage. Providing false or misleading information regarding your eligibility may result in suspension or refusal of service under Section 15 below.

5. Fees for Our Services

Our initial consultation, whether by phone call or in-person meeting, is provided completely free of charge.

If you choose to proceed and engage our professional financial consultancy services beyond the initial free consultation, we may charge a consultancy or service fee. The applicable fee depends on the nature and scope of the specific services you engage us to provide.

6. Revenue Model

Our revenue may be derived from:

• • Consultancy or service fees paid by customers for professional financial advisory and consultancy services; and
• • Commissions received from partner banks and financial institutions, where applicable and legally permissible.

The existence of a commission arrangement with a partner bank does not affect the independence of the professional advice or consultancy services we provide to you, and any consultancy fee payable by you is separate from, and not conditional upon, any commission we may receive from a bank.

7. Payment Terms

Where a consultancy or service fee applies, the fee amount, currency, and payment due date will be communicated to and agreed with you in writing before we begin providing that service.

8. No Guarantee of Approval Despite Payment of Fees

Payment of a consultancy or service fee to EFB does not, under any circumstance, guarantee loan approval, credit approval, mortgage approval, or approval of any other financial product. All lending decisions, approvals, interest rates, credit limits, and terms remain solely at the discretion of the relevant bank or financial institution. EFB's consultancy services relate to the advice, guidance, and support we provide to you; they do not extend to, and cannot influence, a bank's independent decision-making process.

9. User Obligations

When using the Website, requesting a consultation, or engaging our consultancy services, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• • Use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• • Not misuse the Website, including by submitting fraudulent, false, or misleading enquiries
• • Pay any agreed consultancy or service fee in accordance with the payment terms communicated to you

You acknowledge that the information you provide may be relied upon and shared with partner banks in connection with your enquiry, and that inaccurate information may affect the outcome of your application with a bank.

10. Communications Consent

By submitting an enquiry through the Website, you consent to being contacted by EFB via phone calls, email, SMS, and WhatsApp regarding your enquiry and related financial services. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, branding, and calculators, is owned by or licensed to EFB and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Website without our prior written consent.

12. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including partner banks and financial institutions. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by EFB. 13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EFB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, your engagement of our consultancy services, or your payment of any consultancy or service fee, including but not limited to loss arising from decisions made by partner banks (such as rejection of an application, delays, or the terms offered), reliance on information or calculators on the Website, or any third-party website linked from the Website.

Payment of a consultancy or service fee does not create any liability on EFB's part for the outcome of a bank's decision. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EFB harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of your misuse of the Website, your breach of these Terms, or the provision of false or misleading information by you.

15. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service to any user, at our discretion, where we reasonably believe that the user has provided false information, misused the Website, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or failed to pay an agreed consultancy or service fee in accordance with the payment terms communicated to them.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the Website, or your engagement of our consultancy services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

17. Modifications to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, fees, or applicable law. Any updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Website following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
